Your user ID is what people see when you bid – this cannot have any spaces in it; your password also cannot have any spaces in it. Phone Number: Enter your cell phone number and click verify and it will send a code to your phone that you enter in the verify code field. If it gives you an error when entering phone #, you must have denied text messages on that number at some time, so click on the box by No, my phone number is a landline or foreign phone.
The system puts a message up at the time of bidding that either tells you, you are currently the high bidder, or that someone else has a bid higher than yours. You will also get an email (and text message if you are signed up for them) if you have the high bid.

In the USER ID field, enter your user name and click on forgot password. Enter the email your user id is setup with and a resent password code will be emailed to you. If unable to do this, contact AHT to have your password manually reset.

No, once the consignment form closes at 12pm CST the Thursday before the auction, all fees are nonrefundable. If your horse sells before this time, it is your responsibility to contact an AHT representative before the date and time cutoff.
